Privacy Policy

Short version

We collect the minimum data required to run the waitlist and the product. We do not sell it. We do not run third-party behavioural ad trackers. Backtests, simulations, and SQL queries run entirely in your browser — they never leave your device.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist. Stored on Beehiiv (our email provider) and in a Cloudflare-hosted backup.
• Basic server logs — IP, user-agent, timestamp, path. Retained 30 days for abuse detection, then deleted.
• No analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party trackers.

Where your data is stored

Your email is stored on Beehiiv (our email provider, based in the United States) and in a Cloudflare-hosted backup — so the limited personal data we hold is processed on servers located outside India.

What stays in your browser

The backtest engine, options parquet data, and agent-based simulation all run locally. SQL queries are executed by DuckDB-WASM on your CPU. No price data, no strategy parameters, and no simulation state is ever transmitted to us.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, export, or delete any data tied to your email. We respond within 7 days.

Consent

We collect and process your email only with your consent, for the purposes described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — we will delete your data and stop contacting you.

Data breaches

In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If we update this policy materially, we'll email anyone on the waitlist and update the "Last updated" date above.
